1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on baje99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the baje99 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of baje99 or any of its game or technology providers.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime.

baje99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your baje99 account.
• You must notify baje99 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All transactions and bets placed from your account while your credentials are active are your sole responsibility, regardless of who placed them.
• baje99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

baje99 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, available free of charge in your account security settings.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

baje99 supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method, typically within minutes for mobile wallet transactions.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are processed within 5–15 minutes on average. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.
• All payment methods used for withdrawal must be verified as belonging to the account holder. baje99 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
• baje99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and are not within baje99's control.
• Funds deposited into your baje99 account are held in a segregated player-funds account and are not used for operational expenses.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

baje99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. baje99 may exclude certain players from specific promotions based on account status, prior activity, or geographic location.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slots may contribute at different percentages — full details are provided on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
• baje99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional mechanics — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or coordinated bonus claiming — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Promotional credits expire as specified on individual offer pages. Expired bonus balances are non-refundable.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the baje99 platform:

• All bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the specific rules for each game type, which are published within the respective game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, connection interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, baje99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes to player balances.
• baje99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or settled in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Maximum bet limits are set per game and per market. Players who consistently place bets at or near maximum limits may have their limits adjusted at baje99's discretion.
• Bets may not be placed after a market has been closed. Any bets inadvertently accepted after market closure will be voided.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by licensed studio providers. Digital game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Neither baje99 nor any player may influence game outcomes.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baje99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or live dealer environments to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched-betting strategies solely designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to the platform's backend systems.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures, including by registering a new account while a self-exclusion is in effect.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

baje99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and obligations apply:

• All registered players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a time-out (cooling-off break) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time via customer support.
• Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• baje99 does not actively market to players who have self-excluded or who have requested to be placed on a marketing opt-out list.
• Players aged 21 and above only. baje99 will immediately close and void accounts that are found to belong to minors.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the baje99 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of baje99 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from platform content.
• Use baje99 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baje99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Any third-party payment processing delays or errors outside baje99's direct operational control.

baje99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a baje99 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily must contact customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed within the standard timeframe before the account is closed.
• baje99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory obligations.
• Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, baje99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where that balance is connected to prohibited activity.
• Verified account balances not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method upon account closure, subject to completed KYC and standard processing times.

11 Amendments to These Terms

baje99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, baje99 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the amended Terms.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. baje99 operates as a global online gaming platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and takes commercially reasonable steps to comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of baje99 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. baje99 makes no representation that the platform's services are lawful or available in every jurisdiction. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use this platform.
